Master's Degree Programs
This new program will be available beginning fall 2006.
Master of Science in Leadership and Organization
The Master of Science in Leadership and Organization is structured for mid- to upper-career professionals who are fully employed.
Application
In addition to the general admission requirements, applicants should have a minimum of five years of work experience that includes substantial managerial responsibilities. There are two parts to the application process:1. Submit an online application through the USC Admissions Web site at www.usc.edu/admission. (The application fee is not required of current USC students and USC alumni.)
2. Submit a program application directly to the Office of Executive Education. The Office of Executive Education may be contacted by phone at (213) 740-8990, by fax at (213) 749-3689 or by email, exceed@marshall.usc.edu.
Seven required courses and three electives (12 units) must be completed to earn the degree. The student must maintain both an M.S. GPA and an overall USC graduate GPA of at least 3.0 throughout the program.
Program Requirements
The six semester program begins in fall semester of year one (mid-August) and ends at the end of the summer session in year two (mid-August).In addition to the seven required courses, students select one from each course list in Group 1, 2 and 3 to complete the 30 units required for the degree.
