Any student attending USC may apply to minor in cinema-television if he or she (1) has been admitted to regular standing in a specific major other than cinema-television (no "undecided" majors will be considered); (2) has a minimum GPA of 3.0 and is maintaining normal degree progress; and (3) is not under any type of departmental, academic or university disqualification. Cinema-television minor applications are evaluated by a panel of faculty members. Admissions are made for the fall and spring semesters.
Note: Students admitted to the CNTV minor program cannot subsequently apply for admission to any cinema-television major.
Admission applications and information may be obtained from the USC School of Cinema-Television, Office of Student Affairs, University Park, Los Angeles, California 90089-2211, or telephone (213) 740-2911.
